Lexus LBX Hybrid compact SUV arrives in Australia.

Lexus LBX – Lexus has just released a smaller urban styed SUV called the LBX. The LBX comes in two model variants, the Luxury and Sport Luxury. The latter also available in AWD.

2024 Lexus LBX AWD Both models are highly specified as you would expect from Lexus.

Pricing is from $47,500 through to $56,990 plus the usual costs.

Both models come with the same hybrid-electric powertrain teaming a 1.5-litre three-cylinder petrol engine with an electric motor generator and nickel-metal hydride battery. This is matched to a CVT and either FWD or AWD.

The combination of the two provides peak power of 100kW and torque of 185Nm.

Being a Hybrid for the Toyota stable, the fuel economy is excellent at an ADR rate of 3.8L/100K.
