Kia Carnival – We recently spent a weekend in the Hunter valley for a wedding. There were five adults and a bub. So what car did we choose – the Kia Carnival of course.
Carnival comes in a few different models with a choice of either a diesel or petrol hybrid engine. This time we have the GT-Line hybrid as our transport.
Well my memory of people movers as a kid is totally different to the modern Carnival. The GT-Line leaves nothing on the wish list. It is packed with luxury, comfort and safety features.
It was amazing to see just how easily the Carnival swallowed all our luggage. We took plenty of food with us as well, as we were there for four days. Along with that anyone that travels with a one year old knows just how much gear you need. Nappies, change gear, stroller, porta cot and more.
Once the luggage was packed we all jumped in. Again to see how easily everyone fitted was impressive. There aren’t many vehicles that can do what the carnival does. Especially with the same level of practicality and luxury.
Driving the hybrid engine version was easy and economical. We really didn’t notice the weight onboard.
Brianna has done a few segments on the Carnival as a baby and mum car, but as a full family car its first class all the way.
