This is week two with the Genesis GV80 Coupe and today lets chat about safety and performance. As you would expect the GV80 comes with a long list of inbuilt safety features, which is a good place to start.
Because for all mums,’ safety while driving is always on our minds.
Little features like surround camera system on demand, reverse camera, rear airbags all provide peace of mind for mums.
Most parents will be playing some sort of music while driving with a baby on board. The 18 speaker premium surround system is superb. I’ve never heard nursery rhymes sound so good, and I loved the sounds of nature feature.
Having wireless smart phone connectivity and charging also adds to making life easier.
Another often overlooked safety aspect is how well the GV80 handles and performs.
I do like the 3.5 litre twin turbo V6 petrol engine. As well as the AWD safety and eight speed sports automatic transmission.
For such a large car its surprisingly nimble. Knowing that you may be able to steer or accelerate out of trouble and the GV80 will respond is reassuring.
I have to say I really enjoyed my time in the GV80 Coupe. It seems to get the balance of style, space, performance and comfort just right.
Overall, the Genesis GV80 Coupe gets the Mum and Bub tick of approval. Its mum life upgraded.
