We drive the Lexus RX 350 Sport Luxury for 2024

Last week I drove the Lexus RX 350 Sport luxury SUV. Regular listeners will know that Brianna drove the top spec model the RX 500h recently.  Lexus RX 350 Sport Luxury front quarter 1 I like the RX range from Lexus. Its about the right size, has a lot of choices for engines and comes with typical Lexus luxury.

The RX 350 Sport Luxury is about middle of the range and is powered by a 2.4L turbo petrol engine with a handy 205kW of power and 430Nm of torque. This drives all four wheels on demand, through an eight speed sports automatic transmission.

Performance is adequate as is handling. The ride is excellent. If I was looking at the RX I would choose the hybrid version instead though.

Inside the RX is comfortable for the front occupants but a little tight for the rear passengers.

The heated and ventilated front seats are especially supportive with multiple adjustments including lumbar for my ageing back.

Rear outer seats are also heated and ventilated and have a power fold adjustment. It also comes with a Mark Levinson sound system for the audiophiles.

The model I drove cokes with the enhancement pack 2 which includes a sliding panoramic roof,  a digital rear view mirror and Intelligent Parking Assist.

The Lexus RX 350 Sport Luxury is priced from around $110,000 plus the usual costs
