Bridgestone Dueler A/T 002 – Today let’s chat about tyres. They come in all shapes, sizes and colours as long as you take them round and black.
The choice of tyres is perhaps one of the most important aspects owners can make for their car but often overlooked.
Bridgestone has just released the Dueler A/T 002. This is an all-terrain tyre especially designed for the growing SUV and 4WD market.
Designed for drivers that want the on road characteristics of a road based tyre. Yet has the capability to do some light off road work when the adventurous mood arrives.
The Dueler A/T 002 utilises passenger tyre construction design rather than Light Truck construction, meaning it quieter, lighter and more flexible than Bridgestone’s flagship Dueler A/T 697, which I run on my own Pajero.
This means the A/T 002 has noise, comfort and fuel economy characteristics are more like a highway terrain than an all-terrain pattern.
I recently tested the A/T 002 around the suburbs, on the highway and on an extended beach drive and was impressed with its balance.
Available now its an ideal choice for SUVs and lighter 4WD work
