Peugeot 3008 GT Sport 2024 review

Peugeot 3008 GT Sport – last week I had the pleasure of driving a Peugeot 3008 GT Sport to a weekend away in Mudgee a few hours out if Sydney.

Peugeot 3008 GT Sport front bonnet and grill 1 This was for a wedding for a friend, so it was a weekend of wineries and festivities. The 3008 GT Sport fitted right in.

Peugeot design beautiful cars and the 3008 is one of them. It seems to get the proportions right for a mid-sized SUV. We had a few people comment on how good it looked on the weekend.

Inside its comfort all the way. The seats seem to cocoon you and you immediately relax onto them. The driver’s seat has electronic adjustment and a massage function.

I do like the sport steering wheel with its flat bottom and top design. It sits below the driver instrument, something Peugeot calls their iCockpit. It’s different and when you get used to it quite practical.

There was plenty of room for our luggage for the trip and the 3008 made us feel relaxed after driving over the weekend.

It is powered by a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine and drives the front wheels through an 8 Speed automatic transmission.  Around town its zippy enough and on the freeway, it cruises with ease and has excellent economy.

The Peugeot 3008 GT Sport is priced from a little over $63,000 dollars plus the usual costs and is for buyers that want to stand apart from the usual SUV models.
