The 2026 Kia EV3 GT-Line. Small on the outside, flagship on the inside. The top-spec EV3, and it looks the part. Softer, friendlier lines than its boxy EV5 big brother.

A standout Matcha Green colour, LED cube headlights and 19-inch alloys. In a look-alike segment, it has real character.

Step inside, and the flat floor makes it feel a class bigger than it is. The GT-Line piles on a wide sunroof, ambient lighting, Harman Kardon audio, a head-up display, and reclining relaxation seats. And Kia kept the physical buttons.

Now the numbers. 150 kilowatts, 283 newton-metres, and an 81.4 kilowatt-hour battery good for 563 kilometres of range. In our week it sipped just 16.2 kilowatt-hours per hundred k, dead on the claim, for around 500 real-world kilometres. Ten-to-eighty percent in about 30 minutes.

On the road, it’s calm and composed. A settled, absorbent ride over Australian roads, and a cabin that stays hushed.
