Ford Everest Sport Bi-Turbo limited edition details

What is the Everest Sport Like

Ford has released a limited edition Everest called the Everest Sport Bi-Turbo. This essentially adds the 2.0l Bi-Turbo 4WD powertrain to the Sport model.

This limited run of approximately 700 vehicles will be available with a recommended driveaway price of $75,000 at participating dealers.

This sharp offer also includes more standard equipment than the V6 Everest Sport, with every Everest Sport Bi-Turbo including both the Touring Pack and Prestige Paint as standard.

The Touring Pack is factory-fitted and adds a suite of premium features, including:

  • 360-Degree Camera
  • Tow Bar & Hitch
  • Integrated Trailer Brake Controller
  • Pro Trailer Backup Assist

The limited-edition model is available in five colours including the Sport-exclusive Blue Lightning. In a first for the Everest Sport range, the company will offer the pearlescent Alabaster White in lieu of the standard Arctic White, alongside Shadow Black, Meteor Grey, and Aluminium. The vehicle’s price includes all paint colours.

The Everest Sport Bi-Turbo adopts the distinctive blacked-out design elements that are synonymous with the Sport nameplate, including black exterior accents and unique alloy wheels.

The Bi-Turbo 2.0L engine provides some 154 kW of power and 500 Nm of torque.

It’s rated to tow 3500kg with a tow ball rating of 350 kg. Given that the peak torque comes in around 1750 rpm, it’s a good choice for towing.

I’ve always enjoyed driving the Everest and Ranger Sport models. They seem to get the balance between comfort and practicality right.
